RED Loyalty Card Frequently Asked Questions & Information

What is RED?

  • RED Loyalty program.  RED is an acronym for Remedy’s and Distill.  This loyalty program is designed to promote continual and frequent visits.  It is an added value for the guest’s experience.  


How does it work?

  • Guests can earn points at any and all our locations by dining with us.  They can also earn points by purchasing any Remedy’s or Distill merchandise such as shirts and gift cards.  For every dollar the guest spends on they will receive one loyalty point.  Points are earned on the food and beverage portion of your bill.  Excludes tax, gratuity and alcoholic beverages.


What can the guests redeem?



200 Points = $20 off any meal

300 Points = $30 off any meal



What is the RED loyalty Thank You Program and how does it work?

  • Just for enrolling, we’ll load your card with $10  as soon as we register the guests’ card. Then, present your card each time you dine at Remedy’s and Distill, and you will earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax & gratuity) on food and beverage purchases.   No points on Alcoholic Beverages.


How does earning rewards work?

  • You will earn a reward for every 100 points you acquire, you will automatically receive $10 in rewards to spend on your next purchase or accumulate to use at a later date once the points convert to dollars, your RED Loyalty card will convert to a gift card. When you would like to redeem your reward, tell your server to put it towards your bill.


Are rewards transferrable?

  • Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash they are not valid in combinations with any other offers, discounts or promotions.


How many points do I need to receive a Rewards Club reward?

  • You need 100 points to receive a $10.00 reward.


Do I earn points on tax and tip?

  • No. Your points are only earned on food and beverage purchases.


Do I earn points for gift card purchases?

  • Yes, you are able to earn points on gift card purchases.


Do I earn points regardless of the form of payment?

  • Yes! Cash, Credit & Debit cards can be used, no points will be awarded when a gift card or Friends Card dollars are used to pay your bill.


Do my rewards expire?

  • Cash Rewards do not expire, coupons may expire. Please refer to the individual coupon.


Can I earn points when paying with a gift card?

  • No! You are not able to earn points when paying with a gift card.


Where can I register my card and enroll?

  • You can registrar on any one of our websites. or  To access your account, view your rewards or read all terms and condition, just click on the RED Loyalty card link.


Can I earn points for group events?

  • Definitely! Points may be earned for private parties by the member paying the bill, with a maximum of 5,000 points earned per dining events. To qualify for points on private dining functions, you must be an active RED loyalty Card member prior to booking the party.


What if I take another RED loyalty card member to dinner and my guest pays for the check. Can I have the points divided between the both of us?

  • No.  One card per check.


Can I give my card to a family member or friend to redeem my points when I’m not there?

  • Yes, any family member or friend can use your card at your discretion.


My RED loyalty Card is lost or stolen. Before I report it as lost, someone finds it and redeems my rewards at one of the restaurants. Am I able to get those points back?

  • Unfortunately, no. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen card. Make sure you contact us immediately to activate a new card.


How do I receive credit for my guest check if I have forgotten to present my card to the server?

  • You can receive credit for your purchase by emailing: or Please include your account number (on the back of your card), your full name, phone number, and check number. If you forget your card, you can always earn points by using your phone number or last name as well.


Will I earn points on to-go orders, specials, features or happy hour dining?

  • Absolutely!


How long does it take for my points to show up on my card? 

  • Your reward and redemption points are live in real-time, but your conversion from points to reward dollars will take 24 hours.


Can employees and intermediate family be a member of the Rewards Club?

  • Employees of Remedy’s and Distill and their spouses, parents and/or children

are not eligible for RED Loyalty rewards.


Termination of the Program

  • RED Tavern Group reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time and without notice to you, in our sole discretion.

  • If program is terminated, guest will  have 90 days to redeem outstanding balances.  After the 90 day termination date all outstanding point balance have zero value. Points have no cash value.

  • Point Expirations

  • All points in your account will expire if you do not make a qualifying purchase within 365 days of the date of your last purchase. 

  • In addition, all points in your account will immediately expire if Red Tavern Group revokes your membership, in our sole discretion.

  •  Points obtained through special promotional offers may have accelerated expiration schedules or other additional limitations. Any such limitations will be described in the special promotional offer.

  •  Any points added to your account through any computer virus, bug, tampering, intervention, fraud, or technological failure, or due to any other unauthorized compromise of the Program, may be deleted by Red Tavern group in our sole discretion.
